5 min. Get the joints moving. Prevent the next-day soreness.

10 min. Footwork drills that translate directly to court speed.

Pickleball drill circuit

15 min. Burpees-to-volleys, sprint-to-dink, lateral-shuffle-resets.

Cardio intervals

10 min. Tabata-style on the court. Where the calories burn.

Mobility + stretch

5 min. Pickleball-specific hip + shoulder mobility. Closing rituals.
